- Shanghai Airlines Tours (Group) is affiliated to Shanghai Airlines Co. Ltd. It has a director membership at China Association of Travel Services (CATS) and vice chairman membership at the Sub-Association of International Travel Service and Sub-Association of Domestic Travel Service under Shanghai Tourism Association. It is also a member of PATA, IATA, ICCA, ASTA.
SAT (Group), with total assets of 270 million yuan and a business turnover of one billion yuan, has a total registered capital of 100.63 million yuan, of which the parent company's registered capital is 50.09 million yuan.
